Yes, a deposit is required to reserve your preferred model. The deposit amount may be subject to change and may vary based on the selected model, so it is recommended to check the latest information on our website. 

Note that your deposit is fully refundable. 

Certainly! Our website provides an online visualization tool allowing you to preview your selected model. However, it is important to note that the online preview is for illustrative purposes and may not precisely reflect your final order. Variations in color, features, and specifications may occur. For the most accurate representation, refer to the detailed specifications and configuration options available during the ordering process. These details will be finalized following your order confirmation with our Sales Team. 

The delivery times for Taiga vehicles can vary based on the vehicle model, accessories, and other customization options selected. To provide you with accurate information tailored to your order, a member of our Sales Team will reach out to you within 48 hours after you’ve placed your reservation. During this confirmation process, we will finalize the details of your order and offer more insight into the expected lead times.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance. 

While navigating the order process, vehicles that are currently in production will be displayed as “Delivering Now”. Products that are not currently available for delivery will be displayed as “Reservations Only”. 

No, Taiga vehicles do not include a trailer. The purchase includes the vehicle itself along with its specified features and accessories which are confirmed during the order process. If you are interested in acquiring a trailer, you may explore available options through your Taiga Service Provider (TSP). 

During the purchase process, you will need to choose the Taiga Service Provider (TSP) from whom you will take delivery of your vehicle. Once this choice has been made, Taiga will facilitate contact with your TSP, who will be able to help you with the purchase of a trailer, coordinated with the delivery of your vehicle. You can also contact the Taiga Service Provider of your choice directly to purchase a trailer.

All Taiga vehicles come equipped with a 22’ Level 1 charging cable. This cable allows users to connect their vehicles to standard 120V electrical outlets (wall plug). Taiga also offers a Level 2 (240V) charging solution as an additional accessory, available for purchase on our online store or through a TSP. Taiga vehicles are also compatible with any other certified Level 1, Level 2 or Level 3 (DC Fast charge available as optional extra on selected vehicles) J1772/CCS1 connectors.

Level 1 charging can be used with a standard 120V AC outlet. For Level 2 charging installation, we recommend that you contact a licensed electrical contractor.
